1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The request is made within 1–3 days of receiving the item.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Return Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will coordinate the return pickup. Please ensure the item is securely packed.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued in cash at the time of pickup for approved returns. If the product does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, altered, or returned outside the 1–3 day window may not be eligible for a refund.
